You changed the backing

I have at least 6 doggy doggy rugs not counting the two I just bought and the two I just got are different.. the backing is not the same it’s been changed to a latex and we cannot put latex on our wood floors so we can’t use them in our house because we have all natural wood floors.☹️

Hi Linda - You are correct that back in 2019 we did add a more durable no-slip backing to our doormats, but it is NOT latex. The backing is TPR and was specifically chosen because it's safe for wood floors! It's a latex-free synthetic rubber designed to give extra grip without the negative qualities of latex. (We have them all over the wood floors in the office and our homes!)
Like all synthetic no-slip backings, TPR can interact with the seal on linoleum and vinyl plank flooring and the manufacturer should be consulted before use. But wood and tile are safe! Please contact us directly at Bark@soggydoggydoormat.com if you have any other questions.

Super Absorbent + Cushy Non-slip Mat!

I purchased this mat and it arrived a few days ago, just in time for the Blizzard of 2016! Has worked great with the dogs and everyone going in and out the back door! Will be ordering the larger size! I like the fact that it doesn't slide around. Great product!

Everyone loves the Soggy Doggy

With no real transition zone between the patio to the back yard and my kitchen, the Soggy Doggy XL is a life saver. Whether it's snow and moisture in the Winter, water and mud Spring and Fall, or grassy bits (Spring - Fall), this mat pulls everything off paws (and boots) and contains anything loose. I love that the XL is big enough that I can ask a dog to lay down and wrap them in it if they get well and truly wet. It's easy to shake out (grassy bits, hair) and even the XL fits in a standard washer.

The noodles are clearly cozy--it's one of my dogs favorite napping spots now.
